Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern the Amply Match referral program (the "Referral Program") operated by Amply Match, Inc. ("Amply Match," "we," "us," or "our"). They are part of, and incorporate, the Amply Match Terms of Service, including its arbitration agreement and class action waiver. By sharing a referral link or accepting a referral reward, you agree to these Referral Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to Sponsors with an Amply Match account in good standing. Savers may be shown options to share Amply Match with others; no reward is currently offered to Savers for sharing. If we introduce Saver referral rewards in the future, they will be governed by additional terms disclosed at that time.

2. How Sponsor Referrals Work

We may provide you a personal referral link or code to share. A referral is a "Qualified Referral" when a new Sponsor who has never had an Amply Match account signs up using your link or code and completes onboarding. During our pre-launch phase, payment information is not required for the referred Sponsor's onboarding to count; we may change the qualifying criteria prospectively, including requiring an active paid subscription after launch.

3. Referral Rewards

• Reward. You receive one free month of your Amply Match subscription per Qualified Referral.
• Monthly plans. The reward is applied as a subscription credit equal to one month at your then-current plan price.
• Annual plans. The reward is applied as a one-month extension of your subscription term at no additional charge (for example, an annual term becomes 13 months at the same price). It is not a refund or price reduction.
• Pre-launch rewards. Rewards earned before billing begins are recorded in months and applied when billing starts, based on the plan you select at that time.

Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or any cash equivalent, are non-transferable, and expire if your account is closed before they are applied. Rewards are not deposits, matching funds, or investments, and they do not affect Saver balances. We may impose per-user limits on the number of rewards; any limit will be disclosed before it applies to referrals you have already earned.

4. Your Responsibilities When Sharing

When you share Amply Match, you agree to:

• disclose your reward — make clear to the person you refer that you may receive a free month of subscription if they sign up (our share tools include this disclosure; do not remove it);
• share only with people you know personally, and never by spam, bulk messaging, paid advertising, or automated means;
• not misrepresent the Service, its features, fees, or expected outcomes, and not make any claims about investment performance or returns;
• not impersonate Amply Match or suggest your message is sent on our behalf; and
• comply with applicable law, including laws governing email and text communications.

5. Fraud and Abuse

We may withhold, revoke, or reverse rewards, and may suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe a referral is fraudulent or abusive — including self-referrals, referrals of existing users, fictitious accounts, use of multiple accounts, or violations of Section 4.

6. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will not remove rewards you have already earned for Qualified Referrals, except as provided in Section 5.

7. Referred Users

If you sign up through a referral link, you should know that the person who referred you may receive a free month of subscription. Your pricing is not affected by signing up through a referral link.
